The Ambulatory Procedures Clinic is located on the 7th floor of the Siegfried Tower. Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The unit provides care for patients undergoing pain management procedures under fluoroscopy. Moderate conscious sedation is the only type of anesthesia provided in the department.
Common procedures performed in the unit include:
- Lumber, sacral, thoracic and cervical steroid injections
- Spinal cord stimulator trials
- Baclofen and narcotic pump trials
- Radiofrequency nerve ablation and chemical nerve ablation
- Joint injections
- Discogram
- Facet injections
- Nerve blocks
- Blood patch
